Meat with tahini in the oven

Learn how to cook meat with tahini in the oven with Isla products for a distinctive dish and rich flavor.

Preparation:

Put the chopped meat in a bowl and add onions, chopped parsley, salt and black and red pepper (other spices can be added according to taste). Then place the meat in a baking dish and spread evenly. Bake the casserole dish in the oven at 180 degrees for half an hour, then remove from the oven and pour the olive oil over it and place in the oven for another ten minutes to give the meat a delicious red color.

Prepare a delicious tahini sauce by putting tahini in a pot and adding two cups of water, fresh lemon juice and a teaspoon of salt and mix well. Then cook the mixture on the stove for 10 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy (you can adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more water).

Then remove the baking dish from the oven and pour the tahini sauce over it and place in the oven at 250 degrees for another 15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Tender meat (1 kg)
  • 2 chopped onions.
  • Half a bunch of parsley, chopped. (or to taste)
  • Spices: salt – black pepper – red pepper.
  • Half a cup of water.
  • A small cup of olive oil.

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • A small cup of tahini.
  • Two large cups of water.
  • Salt.
  • 4 tsp. fresh lemon juice.
