Stuffed falafel

Learn how to prepare traditional stuffed falafel with Isla products, a dish with simple ingredients available in your kitchen to create a special and creative dish with the flavor of sumac.

Preparation:

For the filling:
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the oil and onion to the pan and stir until golden brown. Then add the paprika paste, sumac and salt and stir well.

For the falafel batter:
Pour the contents of the package into a bowl.
Add 175 ml of water and mix well.
Let the mixture rest for about an hour.
In a deep pan, heat the frying oil and place a quantity of falafel in the special falafel former.
Then add a lot of filling and add more falafel dough until it is flat.
Then add to the oil and fry until red.
Remove the falafel from the oil and place on a tray covered with paper towels to absorb the excess oil.
Then arrange on a serving plate and serve.

  • Izla falafel powder
  • Three tablespoons sumac
  • Salt
  • Spices
  • One teaspoon sweet paprika paste
  • One large onion
  • Four cloves of chopped garlic
  • A quarter cup vegetable oil
